Senior Project Manager

Granite is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects valued at $50-$100 million, with durations up to 3 years. This role involves financial forecasting, staff management, budget coordination, and ensuring project profitability and safety. A BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of progressive project experience in heavy civil construction, is required.

• Oversee complex construction projects ($50-100M revenue, up to 3 years duration)
• Perform financial forecasting and ensure corporate profitability
• Manage and mentor a staff of up to 10 full-time employees
• Lead estimating efforts and coordinate with project controls
• Develop project start-up plans and ensure efficient communication
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, agencies, and subcontractors
