Director, Product Management, Consumer Frontend

Roblox is seeking a Director of Product Management for Consumer Frontend to lead the Core UI and Design Systems teams. This role focuses on elevating the user experience across all platforms by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for UI paradigms. You will drive UI standardization, manage stakeholders, and mentor a team of product managers.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Frontend
• Lead common UI paradigms and thought leadership for Roblox UI
• Drive UI standardization and design system adoption
• Manage stakeholders and build relationships across the organization
• Personally PM critical projects and grow PM skills of the team
