Project Manager

Manage construction projects for restaurants, including stand-alone and urban storefront designs. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and client interactions, coordinating with various teams and consultants. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management experience, with a preference for urban storefront and restaurant construction backgrounds.

• Manage restaurant construction projects, including stand-alone and urban storefront designs
• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management teams
• Assist in selecting and contracting consultants and construction teams
• Supervise and manage performance of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators
• Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance
