Program Manager

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex oncology programs. This remote role involves planning, executing, and delivering programs on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience, including MSP and Oncology experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex oncology programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Must have MSP experience and Oncology experience
