Senior Program Manager

Leidos seeks a technical program management leader to direct large-scale mission software development, modernization, and distributed engineering organizations. This role requires hands-on credibility in software development and sustainment, with a track record of delivering mission-critical systems for the DoD and Intelligence Community. You will lead full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems, ensuring customer engagement and disciplined program execution.

• Lead full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems
• Oversee development and sustainment of classified systems of systems
• Implement and enforce enterprise Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and rapid prototyping
• Serve as senior interface to government sponsors, shaping technical direction
• Manage technical, schedule, and financial matters with disciplined accountability
• Drive rapid prototyping, IR&D initiatives, and technical solutioning
