Senior Staff Product Manager, FBG Data

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead data-centric initiatives and drive strategy for their FBG Data team. This role focuses on data products that power ecosystem personalization and monetization, including LTV and Next Best Action models, recommendation systems, and audience activation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of data products with measurable business impact.

• Define and drive data product strategy aligned with company objectives
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Own and maintain the data product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives
• Act as senior program driver across diverse data roles
• Lead cross-functional project management for data initiatives
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and report on KPIs
