Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Milestone Contractors LP, you will lead the planning, execution, and closeout of complex heavy civil and highway construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all contractual and regulatory requirements, serving as the primary point of accountability for project success.

• End-to-end leadership for complex heavy civil and highway construction projects
• Manage project financials, risk, and change management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety policies
• 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy highway project management
• Experience managing large, complex projects with construction volumes in the hundreds of millions
