About this role

As an Associate Director, Technical Project Management, you will lead the delivery of digital, automation, and data integration solutions for complex capital projects within our Digital Manufacturing Division. You will ensure the compliant and scalable implementation of manufacturing systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and support operational readiness.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and automation scope across capital project phases
Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies for large-scale initiatives
Deliver process automation, MES, and data integration solutions
Ensure technical solutions meet quality, data integrity, and cybersecurity requirements
Coordinate system integration across automation platforms and enterprise data systems
Partner with Engineering, IT, Quality, Operations, and external vendors
