Technical Engineering Project Manager

Join Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory as a Technical Engineering Project Manager, applying your expertise to the design, development, and deployment of complex systems for Navy, Intel Community, and federal government customers. You will conduct SME-level research and testing, analyze system designs, and manage projects from inception through deployment, contributing to programs of national significance.

• Analyze passive and active RF systems using traditional and model-based techniques
• Lead technical execution of R&D, prototyping, and implementation for government clients
• Develop and present program status to fleet-level personnel and sponsors
• Manage project plans and proposals for new sponsored programs
• Experience with security and IT frameworks for Navy, IC, and federal customers
• Requires eligibility for Top-Secret clearance

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
