What we are looking for

Lead NCQA Health Plan Accreditation programs
Develop and maintain NCQA program work plan
Coordinate NCQA survey activities
Serve as SME on NCQA standards (Member Experience, Credentialing)
Identify gaps and risks, develop mitigation strategies
Conduct readiness reviews, audits, and monitoring
