Lead Product Manager (SWDA)

Lead product strategy and discovery for a suite of products aimed at helping Singaporeans navigate career decisions and strengthen their career health. You will guide a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions for the Skills and Workforce Development Agency, leveraging AI to enhance user experience in a dynamic job market.

• Develop product vision and strategy for individual-focused SWDA products
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) in discovery and delivery
• Drive user advocacy through excellent UX and go-to-market strategies
• Define and track key metrics for product success
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced capabilities and user navigation
• Manage stakeholder alignment and operational continuity
