Associate Director Product Development Program Manager, Digital Assessments

The College Board is seeking an Associate Director, Product Development Program Manager to support the technical readiness and delivery of digital assessments. This role focuses on supporting pilots and research studies, including platform testing, technical validation, and readiness activities. You will execute defined components of digital assessment initiatives, maintain documentation, track issues, and ensure quality outcomes.

• Provide technical and operational support for pilots and research studies
• Execute defined technical workstream tasks for Digital Assessment Platform initiatives
• Carry out Smoke Testing activities for AP and CRA administrations
• Maintain detailed tracking artifacts including test logs and defect reports
• Apply a detail-oriented, quality-first approach to all assigned workstreams
• Ensure assigned deliverables meet established quality standards
