Program Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of vital public-sector programs. You will partner directly with government agency clients to protect and transform their critical information assets, ensuring complex initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with government standards. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to align Sales, IT, and Operations teams to solve challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for public agencies.

• Lead Program Execution from initiation through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Partner with government agency clients to align program outcomes with missions and contractual obligations
• Guide cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, and Sales without direct authority
• Optimize workflows and mitigate risk using Agile and continuous improvement frameworks
• Proven experience managing technical or operations-focused programs for public-sector clients
• Knowledge of record management systems, asset lifecycle management, or secure document digitization

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
