About this role

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee capital, facilities, and renovation projects for a major manufacturing complex. You will manage projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for the client's facilities and engineering teams. This role involves leading diverse projects including new construction and upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

What we are looking for

Manage end-to-end project delivery for capital, facilities, and renovation projects
Serve as the primary JLL point of contact for client facilities and engineering teams
Lead diverse projects including new construction, facility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
Develop and manage detailed project budgets and master project schedules
Prepare bid packages and manage competitive bid processes
Enforce industry safety requirements and conduct daily safety audits
