Engineering Program Manager

HPE is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for switching products. You will manage cross-functional teams across HW, SW, manufacturing, and customer service, driving deliverables from concept to production. This role requires strong project management, technical, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

• Lead HW NPI programs for switching products
• Manage cross-functional teams (HW, SW, PLM, Mfg, etc.)
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to production delivery
• Identify and manage program risks and interdependencies
• Communicate program status and drive escalations
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for complex projects
