Sr. Program Manager

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and execute large-scale, complex programs supporting the Client Service Center. This role involves strategic planning, operational optimization, customer experience enhancement, and technology transformation, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders and oversight of program governance, financials, and vendor management.

• Lead end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and financial accountability
• Oversee third-party vendors and external partners
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications
