Staff Technical Program Manager

Sixfold is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Senior Technical Leadership Team. This role involves owning the end-to-end program management for high-value initiatives, aligning engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, and building lightweight program infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and experience in fast-growing companies.

• Own end-to-end program management for largest initiatives
• Align engineering, product, and go-to-market teams
• Build and own program infrastructure (roadmap, backlog, risks)
• Drive operational programs and OKR processes
• Report to CTO and contribute to technical leadership decisions
• 8+ years in technical program management at a startup or high-growth company
