Product Manager

Pennant Group is seeking a Product Manager to simplify and enhance the technology used by clinicians and operations teams. You will focus on building and extending our EMR foundation, creating tools that reduce administrative burden and allow caregivers to spend more time with patients. This role involves shaping product strategy, driving delivery, and ensuring technology directly contributes to improved patient care and business outcomes.

• Understand and improve clinical workflows across the patient journey
• Identify and deliver solutions to streamline back-office operations
• Define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and own the backlog
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams
• Assess technical feasibility and evaluate vendor solutions
• 5+ years of product experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS or EMR
