Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management

Lead a team of Implementation Project Managers to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of manufacturing customers onto the Paperless Parts platform. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving predictability, and ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value by overseeing deployments, establishing scalable processes, and managing resources.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers
• Oversee successful execution of customer onboarding projects
• Own implementation resource management processes and team capacity planning
• Establish and improve Project Management methodologies and best practices
• Identify and resolve project risks and operational bottlenecks
• Report on key implementation metrics and drive continuous improvement
