What we are looking for

Lead 2-4 Gentex Engineering disciplines in product development
Work with outside vendors and communicate timelines with OEMs and customers
Coordinate with product management, program management, and engineering teams
Transform requirements into implementation roadmaps using agile and waterfall
Communicate goals, progress, and process efficiencies to senior leadership
Release engineering artifacts including product software, Bill of Materials, and release notes
