Lead Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of their enterprise Data & AI platform strategy. This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives focused on data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML enablement, governance, and security. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and proven program leadership experience.

• Drive execution of complex platform initiatives from inception through successful delivery
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams, products, and platform domains
• Manage large-scale initiatives across cloud data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and FinOps
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
• Build strong relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and executive stakeholders
• Promote best practices in Agile delivery and platform operations
