Project Scheduler

Ecolab is hiring an onsite Project Scheduler in Plano, TX to develop and maintain project schedules for manufacturing and construction projects. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones across various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and sequence project activities
• Establish baseline schedules and track progress against plan
• Monitor progress and regularly update schedules
• Identify schedule variances, delays, and impacts to the critical path
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to align schedules
