Talent Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience

PHINIA is seeking a Talent Specialist to join their global HR team in Gurgaon, India. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent by improving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and development practices. You will analyze HR data, support global recruitment, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

• Partner with HR leadership to assess and harmonize talent acquisition, management, and employee experience practices
• Drive initiatives to enhance inclusion and the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience
• Conduct complex analysis of HR and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support global talent acquisition activities including sourcing and screening candidates
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
• Own and drive improvements to the global performance management process
