Fulfillment Systems Analyst

Shipfusion is seeking a Fulfillment Systems Analyst to join their Product team. This role acts as a liaison between Product and Operations, ensuring warehouse systems and processes are used correctly and consistently across locations. You will support system discipline, conduct audits, and provide clear reporting to keep teams aligned on WMS usage and performance.

• Observe and validate proper use of WMS and related tools
• Identify deviations from SOPs and partner with Operations for corrective actions
• Serve as first triage point for warehouse user support tickets
• Use advanced tools and analytics to optimize slotting, system usage, and workflow
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product
• Conduct hands-on user research on the warehouse floor
