About this role
Lead large-scale GMP capital projects for Novartis's Durham campus, managing investments of $400M+ from concept to handover. You will drive facility expansions and strategic initiatives, collaborating across multiple departments and external partners to deliver high-quality medicines.
What we are looking for
6- Lead large-scale GMP capital projects in sterile manufacturing and facility expansion
- Direct projects from business case development through closeout
- Serve as primary engineering and project leadership representative
- Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, Procurement, EHS, and external contractors
- Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, governance, KPIs, and execution strategies
- Ensure compliance with GMP, site standards, quality, and EHS requirements
