Engineering Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex products and platform capabilities within Cisco's CX Engineering team. You will partner with Product Managers to translate priorities into executable plans, coordinate Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders, and manage risks and resources to ensure successful launches and operational readiness.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for 2-5 complex products or platform capabilities
• Partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable plans
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and critical-path decisions
• Drive launch and operational readiness for delivered capabilities
• Experience leading software, platform, or technical-program delivery using Agile methodologies
