Product Manager

Barings is seeking a Product Development Director for its Private Assets team in London. This role will lead the design, development, and management of investment products across their lifecycle, focusing on Private Credit and Real Estate strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to bring new products to market and enhance existing offerings, acting as a senior subject matter expert on fund structures and regulations.

• Lead design, development, and management of private asset investment products
• Drive new fund structuring and client solution development
• Manage fund launches and strategic product initiatives
• Serve as subject matter expert on fund mechanics and regulatory frameworks
• Evaluate competitor products and market developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investment, Distribution, Legal, and Operations
