Maintenance Manager, Springer Mine & Milling Complex

Lead and manage all maintenance activities for the Springer Mine & Milling Complex to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, manage personnel and budgets, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Direct preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for equipment reliability
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenditures
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
