Senior Product Manager

Rakuten Symphony is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Telecom OSS Service Assurance platform. You will own the product backlog, define use cases for fault, performance, and log management, and collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to achieve measurable outcomes for global Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators. • Own and communicate product roadmap for Service Assurance modules
• Define quarterly and annual product goals aligned with operator needs
• Prioritize and groom product backlog, translating requirements into user stories
• Gather requirements and validate solutions with telecom customers (MNOs/MVNOs)
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical proposals
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams
