Program Manager 1

As a Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, you will lead and manage full programs or segments of programs within the Ramjet Systems market area. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual requirements are met on cost and schedule, achieving technical objectives, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role involves supervising staff and planning program performance across cost, schedule, and technical aspects.

• Manage full programs or program segments in the Ramjet Systems market
• Ensure delivery of contractual requirements on cost and schedule
• Achieve all technical requirements and foster customer intimacy
• Supervise and direct assigned staff
• Plan and assess program performance (cost, schedule, technical, quality)
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience supporting US Government contracts or project management

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
