Program Owner - Guidewire Products & Capabilities

As a Program Owner for Guidewire Products & Capabilities, you will design and deliver programs to promote the adoption and knowledge of Guidewire products, capabilities, and services. You will focus on mid-tier products and services changes requiring internal and external education, creating readiness plans that span multiple personas including internal, customer, and partner communities.

• Manage projects to increase adoption of mid-tier products and capabilities
• Define and deliver persona-based learning for sales, customer success, services, and support
• Ensure projects are managed using readiness methodology, including needs assessments and content curation
• Utilize an AI-first model for effective program delivery
• Partner with business for plan, content, and outcome measurement sign-off
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Support, and Marketing teams
