Product Manager

Gartner is seeking a Product Manager to join the Global Sales & Services Technology team, focusing on Salesforce enhancements for a Customer 360 view. You will drive the product roadmap, manage the lifecycle from discovery to iteration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user journeys and fill process gaps.

• Partner with prospecting, pipeline, and fulfillment teams to understand and fill gaps
• Evolve usage analytics to identify user behavior and technology anomalies
• Lead product lifecycle and drive product roadmap, including Salesforce enhancements
• Partner closely with SCRUM development and technical teams
• Support organizational change management for product impact at scale
• Understand customer and business needs across core business partners
