Program Manager

Aptiv is seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive harness projects, ensuring flawless launches and managing project timelines, investments, and customer deliverables. This role involves conducting project reviews, managing team meetings, and maintaining project documentation.

• Lead Aptiv PDP AA, A and B Projects, especially on automotive harness businesses
• Conduct Aptiv PDP Gate Review and ensure flawless project launches
• Manage PDT meetings weekly to oversee PDP Projects
• Monitor and control Project Investment (AR) and manage Project Finance performance
• Manage customer MRD to ensure key deliverables are met on time
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) with at least 5 years of related experience
