Senior Program Manager

Lead critical aerospace, defense, and space programs from contract award through successful delivery as a Senior Program Manager. You will be the primary interface with customers, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical understanding, program management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, regulated environment.

• Lead aerospace, defense, and space programs from contract award to delivery
• Manage program performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the primary customer interface and trusted advisor
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and schedules using Microsoft Project
• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience with earned value management and risk/opportunity management
