Senior Ecommerce Project Manager

Manage the delivery of new consumer-facing website features for J.Crew Group brands, including jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com. This role involves leading scrum ceremonies, facilitating backlog refinement, and acting as a liaison between business, product, engineering, and operations teams. You will empower team members to drive efficiency and growth while ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Drive building and implementation of enhanced web experiences
• Lead daily stand-ups, assist in impediment removal, and work with Product partners
• Flex between Scrum master duties and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Support code release process and partner with DevOps for CI/CD
• Enable A/B tests for new site experiences and evaluate results
• Manage budget including CEA submissions, accruals, forecasts, and invoice reviews
