Technical Product Specialist

XPEL is seeking a Technical Product Specialist with extensive experience in film products to support product managers, evaluate performance, and identify improvements. This role involves field engagement, dealer support, product development, and training, requiring strong technical expertise and communication skills.

• Serve as product subject matter expert for films and coatings
• Support product lifecycle from concept to optimization
• Evaluate product performance and installation characteristics
• Gather Voice of Customer feedback from dealers and installers
• Develop testing protocols and benchmark competitive products
• Conduct technical workshops and installer training programs
