Director, Technical Product Owner

Abbott is seeking a Director, Technical Product Owner to bridge product priorities and engineering delivery. This role will own technical product execution across mobile, web, and backend platforms, translating strategy into reliable releases and ensuring clear accountability. You will collaborate with various teams to manage technical trade-offs, drive delivery metrics, and embed quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

• Own end-to-end technical product execution from concept to launch
• Translate strategy into epics, user stories, and backlog
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Program Management
• Partner on technical trade-offs balancing speed, quality, and business value
• Drive stream-aligned delivery metrics and OKRs
• Embed quality and compliance guardrails early in the lifecycle
