Senior Product Manager,

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for our AI Services team, which provides foundational agentic capabilities and infrastructure across our entire product portfolio. You will define the roadmap, specify complex agent behaviors, and establish AI quality standards. This role requires deep technical understanding and hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems, partnering closely with engineering and architecture to drive innovation.

• Own AI Services roadmap and strategy for agentic workflows and AI quality infrastructure
• Define multi-step agent behavior including planning, tool selection, and human-in-the-loop
• Drive strategy for tool and connector interfaces, defining data exposure and access controls
• Establish AI quality as a product discipline with robust evaluation frameworks
• Enable consuming product teams by providing clear documentation and integration paths
• Partner deeply with engineering and architecture on technical design and trade-offs
