EDA Technical Program Manager

Altera is seeking a Senior EDA Physical Design Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact technical programs across their Physical Design, EDA, CAD, and semiconductor engineering organizations. This role involves partnering with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives for next-generation FPGA technologies and design automation solutions.

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs in EDA, Physical Design, and CAD
• Own program strategy, scope, objectives, and execution plans across multiple engineering organizations
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to translate objectives into executable strategies and roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional execution across Physical Design, CAD/EDA, Software Engineering, and other teams
• Identify and mitigate technical and organizational risks, driving issues to resolution
• Establish program operating mechanisms, including executive reviews and reporting
