About this role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the cross-functional delivery of Transaction Lookup Services (TLS). You will coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure the timely delivery of secure and compliant transaction data capabilities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data flows, combined with excellent program leadership skills.

What we are looking for

Lead planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional TLS initiatives
Coordinate Engineering, Data, Architecture, Operations, and Security teams
Identify and manage dependencies across data sources, pipelines, and consumers
Manage risks, issues, and change management for ambiguous work
Facilitate technical and business discussions to maintain alignment
Experience with AI-assisted tools for program management and analysis
