Project Controls Lead (Design & Construction)

Anduril Industries seeks a Project Controls Lead to manage financial aspects of design and construction projects. This role involves establishing cost structures, implementing forecasting best practices, and collaborating with finance teams for reporting. You will also oversee change order management, develop project approval processes, and manage project reporting.

• Establish cost category structure and WBS for construction projects
• Implement best practices for cost forecasting and cash flow management
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance for capital expenditure reporting
• Oversee change order management using a Quantity Surveyor approach
• Design and implement project approval processes for scope, cost, and schedule
• Develop templatized financial reporting materials and establish KPIs
