Staff Product Manager

Proofpoint is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a critical area of their enterprise security platform. This senior individual contributor role requires deep product management expertise, business acumen, and technical credibility to tackle complex problems and shape product direction. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into product roadmaps and drive measurable value.

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex product area
• Own ambiguous, high-impact product problems spanning multiple teams
• Develop deep understanding of customers and serve as voice of the customer
• Partner with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into priorities and solutions
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Mentor other Product Managers and elevate product thinking across the organization
