Director, Product (Technology)

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for DaVita's provider-facing digital health applications, including our electronic health record (EHR) platform. You will build exceptional EHR solutions to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care, while leading a team of Product Managers and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• Define EHR vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
• Manage product lifecycle and translate needs into actionable roadmaps
• Establish behavior change and value evaluation frameworks
• Drive outcomes through OKRs and cross-functional leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
• 3+ years of product management experience in digital healthcare/EHR
