This role involves close collaboration with project teams to manage project finances, analyze profitability, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

• Manage project financial data and reporting
• Analyze actuals vs. budget for project profitability
• Forecast future units and revenue
• Monitor project cash position
• Support change order process and client invoicing
