• Manage technical projects with budgets of $1M or greater
• Direct system analysts, software designers, and programmers
• Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques
• Develop project charters, communication plans, and work structures
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Five years of project management experience in IT systems development
