Non Technical Program Manager

As a Non-Technical Program Manager, you will be the primary onsite execution leader at a Malaysian Contract Manufacturer, ensuring the successful ramp and stability of Applied NEXX production. You will drive material readiness, production flow, and issue resolution, working closely with the contract manufacturer and internal teams to meet critical output targets and advance global technology.

• Manage daily onsite execution and production readiness at a contract manufacturer
• Lead daily production-floor scrums to resolve issues and remove barriers
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for tool readiness and schedule risks
• Drive proactive escalation of issues impacting customer commitments or ramp milestones
• Partner with internal teams to ensure execution plans support ramp objectives
• Monitor contract manufacturer capacity and production-line maturity
