Senior Program Manager

Join AutoStore as a Senior Program Manager in our new Atlanta office to lead R&D projects from concept to market. You will collaborate closely with our Norway-based engineering teams, manage multiple complex initiatives, and drive the development of innovative robotic storage solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong planning skills, and excellent cross-functional communication.

• Manage R&D projects end-to-end from concept to market
• Collaborate with engineering teams across Atlanta and Norway
• Drive new product development programs and introductions
• Monitor scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Minimum seven years of experience in project management or product development
• BSc/MSc in a technology discipline
