Senior Program Manager-Games

Mob Entertainment is seeking a Senior Program Manager to be the operational backbone of their Games Division. This role involves managing the division's operating rhythm, preparing the General Manager for meetings, aggregating critical information, and ensuring decisions and action items are tracked to completion. It requires strong judgment and organizational skills to support executive decision-making.

• Manage the operating rhythm and meeting cadence for the Games Division
• Aggregate status, risks, and key metrics for executive review
• Own the GM's meeting calendar, agendas, and capture action items
• Exercise independent judgment and make real-time decisions on behalf of the GM
• Track division OKRs, QBRs, and contribute to leadership reporting
• Improve operational processes and maintain documentation
