About this role
Lead the development of next-generation IVR and conversational automation capabilities, modernizing the voice self-service ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in IVR platforms, particularly Google GECX/Playbooks, to deliver generative and agentic IVR experiences that improve customer outcomes and operational performance.
