Everise is seeking a Director, Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of AI-powered products for global Talent Acquisition and Healthcare BPO operations. This role involves identifying and implementing AI capabilities, optimizing recruitment workflows, and integrating various HR technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with engineering teams, manage vendors, and define key performance indicators to drive business outcomes.
What we are looking for 6
- Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled recruitment solutions
- Identify and implement AI capabilities like candidate matching and automated screening
- Partner with HR/TA teams and Healthcare BPO operations to optimize workflows
- Integrate ATS, assessment technologies, and CCaaS platforms
- Define and track KPIs such as Cost per Hire and Time-to-Fill
- 7-12 years of experience with 5+ years in product management/leadership
